Due to our baked goods being a perishable, we do not accept returns or exchangesIf you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at support@flavrcookies.com within 24 hours  of receiving your order.(Please provide a photo and description of your issue,  we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your experience.)*All claims sent after the 24-hour window or submitted without proper documentation will not be eligible for reship or refund. 

Cookies are made fresh and packaged by hand to ensure the highest possible quality. Small Team, Big Quality: Flavr Cookies is crafted by a dedicated team of just 1-2 bakers focused on delivering the best quality in every order. Freshness First:All cookies are baked on Monday for maximum freshness.Orders placed by Thursday at 5 PM will be included in the following Tuesday shipment.Orders received after this cutoff will be baked and shipped the next Tuesday. Shipping Carriers: We ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.Shipping Damages:We are not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping.For any shipping-related damages, please contact the courier directly. It's easy! Use our online cookie builder to choose from a wide range of mix-ins and toppings to craft your ideal cookie. Select your dough base, add your favorite ingredients, and we'll bake it just the way you like it.

At Flavr Cookies, we let you build your own cookie from scratch, creating a one-of-a-kind treat based on your exact cravings. Choose from a variety of flavors, fillings, and toppings to craft a cookie that’s as unique as you are!

 Currently, we ship throughout the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes or internationally at this time, but we’re always working to expand!B

All cookies are baked on Monday for maximum freshness.Orders placed by Thursday at 5 PM will be included in the following Tuesday shipment.Orders received after this cutoff will be baked and shipped the next Tuesday. All orders are shipped with 2 day shipping unless quicker shipping time is chosen at checkout.

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer vegan and gluten free options but we will as we expand. 

We recommend keeping your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days after delivery or in the freezer tightly sealed for up to 3 months. Just reheat in the microwave at 5 second intervals.
